You are a blessing to me. I too used to medicate myself with otc meds to escape the 24/7 depression I used to suffer with. I too still have to asked myself if I am truly needing the meds that I take or if I am trying to escape issues that I don’t want to deal with. I truly thank God for you and your boldness in sharing with us your life. I am praying for you and I ask that you do the same for me.
