This is one of the best articles I've seen because it focuses on the attitude. Before the addictive behavior gets completely of control and absolutely destroys or takes over someone's life, there are cues and signs and symptoms. It's not like a person is one day completely 100% healthy and the next day their life as been completely ruined by addiction. And this article takes that into consideration and says, "Here's how you know there's trouble." The other articles focus so much on addiction that has taken over that it gives a huge loophole for the person in denial: the "I'm not that bad" kind of denial. But if we had more articles like this, it might help more people catch the problem before it takes over.
