I'm so on board with that. What is on t.v. these days has become a teacher in it's own right. Watching and lsitening to how people act or react in the heat of the moment. A bird-eye view of the way we treat each other including ourselves and the people we love. There are so many spiritual and inspiring shows, some documentaries and some real-life realities of human behavior. I learn so much..it really is never-ending. The t.v. is just another resource for staying on the cutting edge of spirituality. If you pay attention to any media source, listen to the w0rds , phrases and subliminal messages that help us and that hurt us. My new passion is recovery..it's an avenue that helps me realize that I'm not alone, I'm not that different, we are all connected and the power of unity and extraordinary changes we can make in the lives of others, including our own.
